Tenzin Kunkhyen, 16 was found fatally shot in the chest in a house at 14 Farragut Avenue in Somerville on August 29 where Jonathan Perry reportedly lives.

“The juvenile has been held without bail pending arraignment. He also has an outstanding arrest warrant in Worcester Juvenile Court,” the police said in the report.

Preliminary investigations by the police ruled out the shooting as a random act and stated that Tibetan American teen was inside the house with people he knew.

Jonathan Perry is not a suspect in the deadly shooting but arrested by the police on Tuesday to unearth more information about what took place inside the home at 14 Farragut Avenue, the report further stated.

Perry was reportedly arrested along with Keith R. Harlow, 31, from an apartment in Arlington. Harlow was charged with possession of heroin, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
