The disturbance of peace of mind is from within and because of this unruly mind people indulge in every sort of unfortunate crimes which includes killing each other, casteism and the difference between rich and poor. In order to solve these problems, we need to develop a calm and disciplined mind and the greater it develops, the lesser unruly state of mind will be,” His Holiness said encouraging followers to take up the study of the mind available in Buddhist text.

The Tibetan spiritual leader will teach on Nagarjuna’s “Commentary on Bodhichitta” and Gyalsey Thokme Sangpo’s “Thirty-Seven Practices of a Bodhisattva” during the course of his annual teaching for the Tibetan youth from schools and colleges from June 5-7.
