CTA President inaugurates CTA’s E-filing system

DHARAMSALA, 1 April: The President of the Central Tibetan Administration(CTA) Penpa Tsering inaugurated the CTA’s E-filing system on Friday. 

The CTA President described CTA’s E-filing system as a step in accordance with modern technology.

With the launch of E-filing at the CTA headquarter at Dharamsala, President Tsering declared that it will make accessing past data(from 1959 to 2022) more convenient and prompt while expressing his hope to soon cover the entire offices and branch offices of CTA spread across India and its missions abroad under the E-filing system as well.

He also stated that beginning today, his administration will strive to make all the correspondence within the CTA offices here go paperless and eco friendly, a step towards e-governance that he said will go parallel with e-filling.

The inauguration event was attended by Education Kalon Tharlam Dolma Changra and Department of Information and International Relations Kalon Norzin Dolma along with the secretariats of the CTA.

The project was undertaken by the Tibetan Computer Resource Centre of the CTA’s Department of Information and International Relations.
