Read moreDHARAMSALA, May 8: A Tibetan man was rushed to hospital after he was shot by an unidentified man early this morning at the Tibetan Reception Centre located near Mcleod Ganj, Dharamsala.
The victim, Wangchuk, a staff at the centre was shot on the collar bone of his right shoulder at around 4 am this morning. He was immediately rushed to Tanda hospital where he is currently said to be out of danger.
