China curbs on free speech immoral, says Dalai Lama

New Delhi: Hitting out at the “totalitarian” government in China for “immoral” curbs on free speech and the press, Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama on Wednesday said people of the Communist nation will be able to tell right from wrong once they are aware of the “reality”.
