DHARAMSALA, 11 Oct: The Central Tibetan Administration(CTA), commonly known as the Tibetan government in exile has condoled the demise of “a dear friend of the Tibetan people” Mulayam Singh Yadav who passed away on Monday morning at a Gurugram hospital after a prolonged illness at the age of 82.
