DHARAMSALA, 3 Oct: Apart from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama (Gaden Phodrang) and the Dalai Lama Trust, no one has the right or legitimacy to determine the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama, says the Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-exile.

DHARAMSALA, 23 Sept: Sonam Norbu Dagpo, the current Secretary of the Central Tibetan Administration’s Department of Information and International Relations((DIIR) has been elected as the new Chief Justice Commissioner of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission while Tenzin Lungtok was elected as the new Justice Commissioner of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission.

DHARAMSALA, 20 Sept: The eighth session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-exile begun today to discuss the work reports of the seven departments of the Central Tibetan Administration.
