“The present state of the world is very sad, the news on Yemen is horrible. Its not because of natural calamities but due to human creation. Untamed mind has laced religion with hatred and animosity to breed violence and killings. If we are to promote peace and stability in the world, we have to strengthen the seed of compassion within us,” His Holiness said.
The Tibetan spiritual leader further added that the basic human nature is compassionate and urged every one to work together to promote peace and make the 21st century a century of peace.
