Tibetans across the globe voted on Oct 18 in the preliminary round of Tibetan elections for Sikyong (Tibetan political leader) and members of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-exile.

DHARAMSALA, Oct 22: Three network based organizations, Asia Democracy Network (ADN), the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA), and the Asian Network for Free Elections (ANFREL) today addressed a press conference in Dharamsala to present preliminary findings of their report on the preliminary elections for the Sikyong (‘Tibetan political leader’) and members of the 16th Tibetan Parliament held on Oct 18, 2015.

DHARAMSALA, Oct 13: The Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Oct 10th graced the 10th founding anniversary of Mewoen Petoen School located near the head quarters of Central Tibetan Administration at Gangchen Kyishong.

DHARAMSALA, Oct 8: Tibetan Youth Congress, the largest non-governmental Tibetan organization in exile, marked its 46th founding anniversary on Oct 7 by hosting the grand finale of “Martyrs Memorial Basketball Tournament” at the basketball court located near the headquarters of Central Tibetan Administration at Gangchen Kyishong.
