From Tibet to Kazhakstan, Syria to the Dominican Republican, the intimate glimpses of life for the millions of dislocated individuals in countries across the globe highlighted the common obstacles faced by those forced to flee their ancestral lands.

Indian police framing China on Dalai Lama assassination: China

Indian police have been framing China by accusing that Chinese spies were out to assassinate Tibetan spiritual guru the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala, according to a report carried by the Chinese state media on Monday.

Quoting government statements, the state media report claimed that the allegations levelled by the Dalai Lama that China was preparing to assassinate him were a stunt to attract international attention.
